Covid-19 Shopping Guide

We are extremely grateful for the support of our customers and community during the difficult time of the pandemic. We're doing everything we can to continue to bring you great products and make sure you can shop safely. We update our health and safety policies as needed. 

Ways to Shop:

Shopping In Store

  • If you are sick, please stay home (even if it is not confirmed as Covid-19). We want to maintain the safety of our community, and you can shop online or give us a call to shop from home.

  • Masks are required, covering nose and mouth, while you're in the store

  • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the store. You can use it at your discretion. In certain areas of the store, we ask that you use sanitizer before handing the products, and there are signs to designate these sections. 

  • All customers are asked to maintain a 6-foot distance between other customers and staff members

  • A maximum of 10 people are allowed in store at one time, including staff. 

  • Shop with smallest group possible

  • Place unwanted items you've touched in red bins along the floor so we can sanitize them

 

Order Online

If you want to take the extra precaution of not coming into the store, you can shop through the website. We offer local delivery (check delivery zone to see if we deliver to your zip code) and curbside pickup -- if you select curbside at checkout, you have the option of coming in briefly to pick up your order or letting us know when you arrive so we can bring it out to you. 

Processing times: 

  • Curbside Pickup: Curbside orders are generally pulled and ready for pickup within 1 hour of ordering, during regular store hours. Processing time may increase if order volume is especially high, but this will always be the fastest way to get your order if you're able to make a trip to the store. If you want to pick up your order and you have not received an email confirmation, you can give us a call to confirm that it's ready.
  • Local Delivery: Local delivery orders are delivered in 1-2 business days. This time may be extended by 1-2 days when order volume is especially high. We can usually accomodate requests to deliver on a particular day for any address within our delivery range.
  • Standard shipping orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after placing the order. We mainly use USPS priority shipping for packages, which usually will be delivered 2-3 days after they are processed by the post office.  We send you a tracking number when your order ships. 

 

Waitlist

We have begun to use a waitlist app, Tables Ready, to help manage the flow of customers while we need to maintain the limited store capacity. You can check wait times or plan a trip on a future date using this link. Reserving a shopping time in advance is the best way to guarantee a smooth visit to the store.
