Standard Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping orders are sent out within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the order ships.

Why are certain items not eligible for shipping?

If items are exceptionally large or heavy, or have unusual dimensions, shipping those items may be cost-prohibitive to us.
Helium Balloons are not shippable both due to the presence of helium and their “perishable” nature.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Can I split shipping?

If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, you will have to place separate orders for each address you are shipping to.

Curbside Pickup

How long do I have to pick up my Curbside order? 

We do not have a time limit for curbside pickup. You can come any time after the standard turnaround time, which is 2 hours after your order is placed. We do send an email notification when orders are ready to be picked up. If an order has not been picked up after two weeks (time frame may vary), we will contact the purchaser’s phone number to remind them.

Can I place a Curbside order and have someone else pick it up?

Yes, you can order and have someone else pick up the order at the store. Make sure you give them the name and/or order number so we can help them find the correct order.

Local Delivery

When will my Local Delivery order be delivered?

Local Deliveries generally go out within 2-4 days from when you placed the order. If you need items on a specific date, we recommend making sure you order at least three days in advance and leave a note in the comments at checkout. For more details, please see the Local Delivery info page.
